William D. “Dave” Hall, owner of Structures Unlimited of Forest, Inc., has been building for over 40 years.  Learning the construction trade from both his father and grandfather, his desire to work for himself  lead him to begin the company.  Starting with small speculative homes, he expanded into large custom homes, into multifamily, light commercial and development.
